COMPENSATION:
Carrier agrees to pay Dispatcher a dispatch service fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the gross amount of each load secured, negotiated, booked, or coordinated by Dispatcher on behalf of Carrier. The dispatch fee shall be considered earned upon Carrier’s acceptance and successful completion of the load.
Dispatcher values long-term partnerships and rewards hardworking carriers committed to consistent freight movement and business growth. Carriers who demonstrate strong work performance and refer fellow owner-operators or trucking companies may qualify for reduced dispatch rates, with fees potentially lowered based on referral activity, truck volume, and ongoing business relationship.
